i believe in magic.

i believe you ARE magic-- that each of us is born with it pulsing in our cells

and somehow along the way we forget...

well i'm all about remembering.  about waking up those lost pieces in me, in you-- 

​

i do it through yoga, intuition, art-- 

i move my body to stir up the memories and align with truth

i listen for and look for the love notes the universe sends to remind me i'm on the right path

i record what i feel on canvas and paper to capture what can't be expressed with words.
